Per Cut lawn care pricing is when we bill for each time we perform the basic lawn service (mow, edge, weed-eat, and blow debris). Any additional services are charged separately (e.g. trim hedges, manage weeds inside flower beds, bag leaves, pull vines, or any other miscellaneous lawn services). Per-cut price quoted is good for up to three weeks of growth between services.
Per Cut pricing is nice for those who want to "pay-as-you-go" and not have to pay much, or anything at all, during the winter months. Rates are generally higher with per cut pricing due to different reasons (e.g. homeowner may only call us when the grass is really tall or they may have mowed the yard regularly, but never edged or weed-eated, etc).
Annual lawn care pricing is when we bill the same price every month for the entire year (average sized lawns, up to about 10,000 square feet, are usually between $115 and $200 per month). Most annual accounts include trimming the hedges as needed, managing weeds in flower beds, and/or pruning small palms and trees. Each annual account has different services in their package, depending on the customer's needs and budget.
Annual lawn care pricing can be an advantage to both the customer and our business because the customer will receive more services for a discounted price overall and Lawn Lizards will receive a payment 12 months per year which helps during the slower months.

Per Cut accounts will receive a bill after each service, if the service is one-time or not very frequent. Customers who want the lawn serviced weekly or bi-weekly during the growing season will receive a bill once per month, dated for the last day of the month and including all services performed during that month. End-of-the-month billing is per our discretion for each customer because we are extending 30+ days terms before billing and receiving payment. Per Cut invoices sent each time we service the lawn are due Upon Receipt. Per Cut invoices sent at the end of the month for all services within that month are due within 7 days of the billing date.
Annual accounts are billed on the 1st or 15th of each month for services over the following 30 days. Annual account payments are due within 15 days of billing.
